Hi, I’m Ann and I am a certified Yoga Teacher

Six years ago I was working in a very stressful environment that contributed to health problems, such as frequent headaches, anxiety, insomnia and a weak immune system. At that time I thought it would be the right price to pay in order to get a lot of money that I could use to spend on a bunch of things I didn’t even need.

I used to smoke many cigarettes every day, between a meeting and the next one, and I never had enough time to have a proper meal. Insomnia was really bothering me and I was always feeling tired and not focused.

Hi, I’m Ann and I am a certified Yoga Teacher

At that time I thought it would be the right price to pay in order to get a lot of money that I could use to spend on a bunch of things I didn’t even need.

I used to smoke many cigarettes every day, between a meeting and the next one, and I never had enough time to have a proper meal. Insomnia was really bothering me and I was always feeling tired and not focused. 

I was first introduced to yoga by a friend, and I accepted to approach this new world, mainly out of curiosity. However, when I noticed that my health started improving, I decided to quit my job and take a long journey to Rishikesh, India, where I took over a thousand hours of yoga training to be a Yoga Teacher. I quit smoking and drinking and I changed my diet and priorities: I started to understand that happiness could not be achieved through material possession or smoking and drinking.

 

My life is now so much better and I am incredibly passionate about sharing the ultimate life tool of Yoga with others.

  • All classes are 45 minutes
  • Group classes (max 8 ppl): $10/person 
  • Individual classes: $25/class
